Called 01442213141, staff that answered was rude and inexperienced, I asked some questions regarding my appointment so they said to hold on a couple minutes, put me on hold for 10 mins followed by transferring me followed by being on hold again for a total of 20 mins before hanging up on me.
From my experience the NHS as a whole need to train their staff better to be more organised and actually help patients, this is not just hemel hospital but I've found this kind of disorganised back and forth till they give up (while leaving patients in the dark) at Watford hospital also.
