Never have l felt so compelled to record, my appreciation, for the excellent patient service and care l received, from the professional and dedicated team at the QA Hospital, Ophthalmology Department. Upon arrival, at reception, l was greeted with respect and made to feel at ease. Within a minute of my appointment time, l undertook an initial review. During this l was made to feel at ease and any fears addressed. In a very short time, subsequent to this, l was seen by the allocated

Ophthalmologist who undertook a thorough and exhaustive examination of my eyes. The Ophthalmologist took the time to advise me of every aspect of the examination, in a manner that l understood, giving me reassurance at every stage. I can't remember when, l have experienced such excellence in care, compassion and patient consideration by a medical professional of the highest standard. During this consultation, l undertook another test out with the Ophthalmology Department, upon my return, my consultation was subsequently concluded, and l left QA. A few hours later, the Ophthalmologist contacted me, by phone and advised me of the result of the test, in the other Department. My whole experience, in regard to this appointment, has left me with nothing but, complete and utter admiration for the Professional and Dedicated Ophthalmology Department Team.
