"Endoscopy Department visit - a good experience."

After a quick referral to this department I am pleased to say that my visit yesterday was not at all daunting.

The staff were friendly and caring and although the department was extremely busy at no time did I feel neglected or as if I was being hurried through.

I was informed about my procedures and being aware of what was about to occur calmed the nerves.

Suitably bed rested after the procedures I went home from the hospital with a detailed report.

I can report I felt no discomfort overnight and slept very well.
