"Excellent Care"

I was treated at the RUH A&H after suffering anaphylactic shock. It was a very frightening experience (I had not previously had this kind of reaction)

I was very impressed with how efficient and reassuring the staff I dealt with were, particularly as it was late on a bank holiday weekend and I am sure that many of them had been on duty for a long time, and were missing time with their own families.

I was seen, and treated, quickly and effectively and was treated with respect at all stages.
