Communication between staff, and communication with patient's care and information is appalling. The staff are constantly changing, most staff leave and are replaced regularly, making it incredibly difficult to form a proper patient-therapist relationship, almost impossible. This also continually makes it incredibly difficult to make any real or lasting progress. I have been involved with this service for 4 years, and have made very little progress as a result of staff's unreliability, and apparent unwillingness to offer me substantial therapy and services. I absolutely would not recommend anyone with mental health problems to rely on this service. It is in desperate need of improvement with staff, services, and the rotational changes of important staff.
