What I liked

I was admitted as an emergency with a dislocation of a very recent hip replacement. This was reduced on 15.3.10. by the consultant and his team. I have written to him with my thanks but I also wish to extend my thanks to the anaesthetist whose name I regret I have not remembered. Could you please confirm that you have passed my thanks on.

Anything else?

I was discharged within 36 hours but as a retired medical consultant I would like to say the ward was a credit to the NHS.
