"Speedy service"

I've visited the Rheumatology department on three occasions and each time, by the time I've got to the waiting area my name is being called for the initial blood pressure etc test. Then I was told to take a seat to wait for the doctor. On two occasions I barely had time to sit down and on the other I had a 10 minute wait. Bear in mind I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, and even with the 10 minute wait I was seen ahead of schedule.

The appointment itself was unhurried, with the nurse assisting me where I had difficulty, and generally was a good experience.

Each time I was told I'd get a letter in the post for the next appointment, and each time the letter came within a few days.

The only downside, is it takes several months to get the initial appointment.
