So rude can you tell your reception that they are there to sort patients out at reception rather than talking about their exploits the previous night this is the worst hospital ever I am fuming rude rude rude please sort it as i will take this to the papers the cue was empty but they made us stand there for 5 minutes to finally say after their chat oh just bung yes bung it in a letter box ........... thanks basildon know wonder you get bad results rudr rude rude
