"Not impressed"

This was my 4th forced visit to this clinic after having been seen at Princess Royal for nearly 10 years, each time I've had to wait between 45 and 75 minutes after my appointment time, the staff are unhelpful and patronising, I saw a new Rheumatologist who was unhelpful condescending, knew nothing about what has been going on over the last even few years even though they stated that they had read my notes, they gave me completely contrary information to the numerous previous consultants I have seen. The Rheumatologist was brusque to the point of almost rudeness, didn't explain anything or answer any questions I put to them. just brushed them aside as inconsequential. I was told that I have to be seen at Hove notwithstanding the difficulties with public transport to and from Burgess Hill and Hove,

I am an OAP I can't afford taxis and it isn't always possible to get a lift,

I do not have a car. The waiting room is uncomfortable and extremely noisy as well as smelly.
