"Excellant care but a long wait"

Mother in law attended for a cystoscopy. Treatment throughout was good - the scan and x ray were completed within 15 mnutes of the appointment time. The urology suite at DRI is very tastefully decorated and has a nice feel to it. However, after reaching the uroglogy suite at 2pm the actual cystoscopy did not take place until 4pm.

However, the doctor performing the test was both charming, reassuring and informative, and all the other health care professionals extremely friendly. Overall a very good experiance which could have been made better by reducing the waiting time before the final procedure.
