What could be improved

on a recent visit I was sent for some xrays on my feet due to R A. the staff where as usual very good but, I had to climb onto a two step wooden structure in order for xrays to be done, as I am unsteady on my feet I had to hold onto something. The only thing to hold onto was a 20mm conduit running down the wall to a socket outlet, although these are fixed with saddles they are not designed as handles. If patients are expected to stand on boxes we should have a proper support to hold onto. This is my only concern as all other experiences have been good. Thanks, J Littleton.
