"I would not recommend to family or friends"

About: Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

I received bad care from when I was in Rydon of late. Attitudes of staff mainly. Patients were treated without respect and staff laughing and uncaring. Staff didn't seem to want to mix with patients but stayed in their office especially at weekends. Nothing to do. No one to speak to when distressed. Always told to wait but they never kept their words as if I was a pain for asking to talk. Soon as mondsy came it came it was different because doctors were doing the rounds. Bad service and bad attitudes

I am really sorry to read of your poor experience of one of our mental health wards, and I would like to look into this further on your behalf, however, in order to do so, I will need to know your name, address, and date of birth and when approximately you were on the ward. If you would like to call the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, PALS, you can give your details and some more information over the phone, and your experience will be looked into without delay.
