"very poor receptionists"

Doctors themselves very good but receptionists very lazy,3 hour break where they point blank refuse to answer the phone to which you have to go down in person for an appointment to be told 'no appointments' without even looking to what feels is to just get rid of you so it's less for them to do,one receptionist is stuck up and just looks down on you,but I repeat Doctors themselves very good.
