"Unable to get through on the mainline phone number"

About: Fleet Community Hospital

Unable to get through to anyone on the mainline phone number. How is this possible for a hospital to not have anyone answering the phones. All options in the menu don't take you through to anyone the line just goes dead after listening to a recorded message about other numbers to call for other things. Operator doesn't ever answer either.

Thank you for taking the time to post your valuable feedback and I am sorry that you experienced difficulties getting through to Fleet Hospital.

We have contacted the hospital who informed us that they were not aware that there was a problem with the phones at the time.

There is a message system on the phone and I am sorry this did not work when you called.

Any messages left on the answer phone should be responded to promptly.

At the moment the reception is closed at lunchtime for a short period of time, which will be rectified as soon as the new Receptionist has been trained to work alone.

The phone has been checked recently and we have been assured that the system is working.
