"Waiting for knee ligament surgry"

About: Darent Valley Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I first attended orthopaedic patients in the beginning of April 2016. Referred for surgery in July 2016 and still waiting. Had my pre-op on 01.09.16 and have phoned theatre scheduling several times since then for an idea of time sclales but one answer. Have left a brief & polite message on two occasion but no response. It's really hard being in pain, bearly able to walk and no idea of timescales for surgery. My husband is away working frequently so worried that I will have date for surgery when he is scheduled to be away. Some idea of times scales would really assist or am I being inpatient? Have had some physio and found the therapist helpful and pleasant but hard to be positive when in pain.
