Impressed! Over the past two weeks from Saturday 27 August 2016 my husband and I have required the services of the hospital from the Accident and Emergency through to receiving an operation. At no time were we left feeling uncertain of the next move, the staff on all levels were exemplary in their care and respect of the patient.
We have been amazed with the speed that problems were sorted and explained to us.
The cleanliness was of a very high standard.
My husband experienced the food and was delighted at be given a choice, it arrived on time and was hot and tasty. You hear so many complaints about the NHS but we can honestly say we cannot find fault.
All we want to say is a big "Thank you" to all for taking such good care of us.
