"Understaffed"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Really poor quality of care. Had to ask nurses for things 2/3 times before I got them. They often forgot the drugs I needed. I cried because I wanted to go, no staff member showed a modicum of sympathy. They're massively understaffed. All the money was spent on a shiny new building. It's 10pm as I write this review and my ward still has lights on. When the heck am

I supposed to sleep? I've been left on a finished drip for an hour. I've been poked blindly too many times by staff incapable of finding a vein for a canula. If I was admitted to hospital again, I'd think twice before choosing the great QE(!)
