"My review was talking about old people ward 5"

Today around 3pm I went to visit my wife's mother.i was surprised when I got into the ward.That there was a feeling no one around.One nurse helping a old lady in the next bed Kept saying an old women to just breath and keep calm.and it's all in your head.women could not breath properly.Anyway I got speak with my wife's mother,who is one lovely women.She was saying she could noises during night.Anyway just before we where ready to leave a nurse came in to clean a patient up.This nurse showed no dignity to this old women.When asked if she could get my wife's mother into the toilet she started to tut,and say I was coming on break and I had to do this.She also said she had nothing to do with my wife's mother,she knew nothing.I spoke to a separate nurse and she mentioned your not allowed to even laugh in this ward 5.There is no entertainment or music being played.for patients in that ward zero positivity,zero dignity,staff looked pissed off.Your manager or boss in charge does not have an idea about positivity for old people senile or not.people.looking after this ward is obviously making people miserable.I can see morale is low.and unorganised.If you the boss get to read this.you need to be Sacked.I am going to Twitter.send my finding to anyone that will listen.TV.Facebook.Youtube.This women was a WW2.fleet air arm.was not being cared to.All I could see was staff like robots.I am not blaming them.Am blaming a attitude of Management.Some is wrong and I will get to the bottom of it.
