"Above average - don't be put off by negative..."

After reading all the bad reviews a week before we were going to have our c section, we were very nervous, but all went fine. The only reason why a 5 star was not awarded was because they need more staff, the nurses/midwifes were rushed off their feet during the day & reduced staff levels during the night. It doesn't help when women from different areas are thurusted towards new cross, during our 3 night there, we came across women from Stafford, Sandwell and some where in Wales, but hey ho the NHS is for all.
