"Endoscopy Treatment - excellent care"

I had to attend Wansbeck GH twice, once to prepare me for the Colonoscopy procedure and then for the procedure itself (in my case this was two consecutive days). On both visits the appointments were punctual and I was treated with professionalism by all the staff involved who were friendly, welcoming and supportive.The information about preparation for, and the actual procedure itself was clearly explained. Following the procedure I was taken through the report I received and everything was clearly explained about what had been found and follow up treatment. I really thought the care I received at WGH could not be faulted in any way.
