I attended the hospital ENT department yesterday where a specialist nurse saw me for a problem ear condition. I was very pleased that the nurse both assessed and provided treatment at the same visit as I had to travel 20 miles from my home to the hospital. My local hospital could not offer an ENT appointment until October. I felt the nurse had a very caring manner, they answered all my questions and gave helpful advice on how to prevent ear problems developing. I was very satisfied with my visit.
