"access to xray appointments by phone"

Given a form by GP and told to phone aldeburgh on 01728 451652 for the appointment arrangement.

I phoned and was given a message that they operated the phones on Monday a.m, Wednesday p.m. and Friday a.m.

Phoned on Monday but got answering machine at 12.00.

Phoned on Wednesday at 12.30 and ten times thereafter until 13.34.

I got through at a later time and was told, when I asked, that afternoon meant after 14.00.

I didnt get a chance to ask from 14.00 until ?, or to ask when a.m. finished in the morning. The answering machine is interspersed by an engaged tone which encourages a caller to keep ringing to catch an answer.

I pay for my calls and live in an area where mobile reception is ok for acrobats.

Perhaps this could be solved by including times on the answer machine and also on the form issued by Ipswich X Ray received from the GP. Thank you it would really help to address this.
