"Sexual health discussion"

I am very pleased with the service I have received from locala nurses! The receptionist at Farfield is not as great! I went orionally to the drop in where she said it would be an hour wait! Baring in mind that I had got there 5 mins after they started! But fair enough if they are busy they are busy! I then asked her to make me an appointment which the then said she didn't have time to do it because I wasn't registered! So I rang locala a few days after and they said it doesn't matter weather I was registered or not and she should have done that! So I asked the lady on the phone to register me instead to make the process when I go a bit faster. The following week I turned up at the same time for an appointment and I tell the receptionist I have regestered on the telephone for her to say I doesn't matter if your registered or not because I will need to do it again... After all this I had a great appointment with a nurse (can't remember her name annoyingly) but she spent a whole hour with me going through contraception options in full detail and working out what is best for me as I have struggled with almost everything! I would just like to thank that nurse for helping me understand everything and making me feel so at ease: )

Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear that you were well looked after by our nurses and that they have helped come up with some options for you.

I will be looking into the other points you raised. I am sorry you wasted time going through the registration process over the phone only to have to do it all over again. We will speak to the teams involved and ensure the registration process is handled consistently in the future.
