"My Dr referred me to Manchester ..."

My Dr referred me to Manchester Eye Hospital in January 2010. I telephoned the hospital and said if the appointment wasnt before the 22nd Jan I wouldnt be available until after 30th March.On arriving back home 29th March there was an appointment for 15th March. I have tried to phone the hospital but havent managed to speak to anyone other than the telephonist even though I waited on the line for 43 minutes for the appointments dept.What do I do ?

someone to answer the phone !!!

for them to have listened when I said I would be out of the Country til 30th March.

I feel angry that an appointment has been wasted and it looks as though I didnt turn up
