What could be improved
Why can you not have a standby system when appointments are canceled. I am available 24/7 so if referred for a first time appointment I could attend at half a days notice. This would reduce waiting time.
Entrance instructions I was instructed on paperwork to use main entrance when i would have only had to walk half as far if i used the entrance close to out patience
Anything else?
My referral appointments have been misplaced twice now and i have had to chase up appointments.
