"She definitely deserves some serious praise!"

As someone who has always been terrified of needles, I have always dreaded blood tests and unfortunately I became very ill which requires regular blood tests. Doctors have always struggled to get blood from me as I have very very deep viens and I usually end up being stabbed multiple time before we get any luck, often leaving me with lots of bruising. However there is an absolute super woman down at the lister hospital in Stevenage! Her name is Latifa (otherwise known as the blood fairy) and she wears a head scarf, she is one of the most kind and gentle ladies I've ever met. She has always managed to get my blood first time and I never even feel it. She is absolutely Incredible, always keeps me talking and keeps my mind off of it. It may not seem important to other people, but she really makes me feel much more at ease during what can be a very stressful situation. She even offers to come down each time I go as she has told me to request her. She's been doing this job for many many years and definitely deserves some serious praise! ! Thankyou!
