I was admitted to SEAU via my GP with renal colic. From the moment I walked onto SEAU to my departure I could not fault the care I received. Staff were attentive, compassionate and caring. The housekeepers were very considerate to ensure they weren't disruptive to my stay whilst maintaining high standards. My side room was spotless. The porters who transferred me to and from CT engaged with me appropriately and were pleasant. The nursing team were phenomenal, making sure I was always painfree, even when it wasn't a 'drug round' and made every effort to keep me up to date and cared for with a smile (and I'm not an easy patient). Mr Sinpson I cannot thank enough for understanding my desperation to be home with my young children and really listening to me! . Each and every person on SEAU from housekeepers to Sister Belton made my stay personal, too many to thank individually but Kerry Nix and Deputy Sisters really stood out. Thank you just doesn't seem enough
"Exceptional Care from the whole team!"
