"Been discharged too soon"

I been unwell with Depression and Bi-polar and having treatment from Cannon House, during this period I was changed to three different care coordinators and the last one in January 2016, a Student, after only see me 5 minutes in the reception and only once, decided to discharged me, with their supervisor told me they are better worse off patients than me, after been " verbally discharged", I never received a letter of explanation why the early discharge, no either my GP. My Gp referred me back to Cannon House after I continue to be unwell, she referred me in early August 2016, neither my GP or myself have heard from Cannon House and isin my opinion, a very bad service. they are ignoring vulnerable unwell people and ticking boxes with the ones they like to see or not. With the Southern Health Scandal, their Managers and some decision makers, who are not the Psychiatrists should be ashamed of themselves.
