"Nurse with no people skills at all."

About: Malton Community Hospital

I don't know who the nurse was that I had a brief one sided conversation with today at the Urgent Care walk in centre but they wouldn't let me finish a sentrance, was abrupt, rude and had no people skills what so ever. I left without any help or advice as they wouldn't even let me finish explaining why I was there. Disgusting manner to speak to someone who was there for help. I was both angry and upset when I left. Felt sorry for the poor person on reception who had called them to ask for some help as they were quite clearly new.

I had called there as a last resort for some advice, I shouldn't have wasted my time. Very tempted to make an official complaint.
