My daughter and I attended the outpatient department at GNCH for a blood test.
Can I just say that I was so worried about how this would go.
There were two great nurses in the room who took time to get to know my daughter, ask her questions and let her ask questions back.
They were so professional.
They showed her all the equipment they would be using and made her feel as ease.
She didn't feel a thing as she was more interested in the 3D TV they had in the room.
