"Long wait but really wonderful staff"

I had to wait an hour for my appointment (although had been pre-warned about this over the phone so was prepared, the staff were apologetic, and I understand there is no way to predict how long it can take to see patients). I don't normally feel compelled to write a review, but I was seen by such a wonderful nurse who really put me at ease, and had such a lovely manner - I was there for a routine procedure, and am unphased by medical procedures, but can imagine if you were nervous or frightened you'd want to be seen by someone like this nurse. I think in general, services like this are excellent, and we are very lucky to have them.
