"Outstanding care for my mother"

My mother who is over 80 years was taken in to Northwick Park A&E just over a week ago and spent a couple of days in Crick Assessment ward followed by a few days in Jenner ward. This was the first time in her life that she had ever stayed in a hospital and for us also this was our first extensive interactions within an NHS environment. We were so impressed with the way my mother was looked after throughout her stay by the nurses, HCA, doctors and other staff. You here so much negative news about the NHS in the media but I and rest of my family have nothing but a very positive experience of Northwick Park Hospital. Thanks to the care and attention that my mum has received, she is much better now and we are grateful to all the people who looked after her. In my opinion our NHS is doing a fantastic job and a lot of this is down to the dedication of the people who work tirelessly to serve the patients.
