we were not given patient concerns leaflet at appointment , there seems to be lack of coordination and poor communication, between cardiology team leading to somewhat erratic and disorganised experience for some patients. We were left in the dark as to who to approach and not given any ongoing support.
I am sure some people get excellent treatment but proactive organisation needs to be consistent across the department. Could be slicker!
