"Hospital for integrative care Glasgow"

About: Centre for Integrative Care (formerly Glasgow Homeopathic Hospital)

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed in 2007 with fibromyalgia ME, I was devastated, lost and alone for years with no help from any NHS services until my GP referred me to this wonderful hospital, I have been an inpatient 4 times over the past 3yrs as well as attending as an out patient, I have also completed courses provided by the hospital,

I would like to stress that the closure of the inpatient department would be devastating for me, although I have been taught with different coping tools, this department is the main heart of my treatment, with just one or two admitions a year, is enough to help me have a semi-normal live,

The staff have the amazing ability to get to the heart of understanding exactly what you need, they are caring and compassionate individuals,

Please reconsider this closer of this department

Thank you

I work in a small team within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. Part of the team’s role is to support patients and carers through our feedback systems which will help to improve the services we provide. On Patient Opinion, I support Lorna Gray, Patient Experience Public Involvement Project Manager, and Niall McGrogan, Head of Patient Experience Public Involvement.

Dear Weezie
