About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

The doctor in a&e listened carefully and was thorough. When the doctor found it difficult to get blood, the doctor quickly sought a senior doctor's help. In CDU, the HCA and the ward supervisor were kind, thoughtful and thorough. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness in CDU, and the car and attention shown to my daughter and other patients on the ward.
