"Change in Parking Conditions"

Having visited the Health Centre on previous occasions and having a Blue Badge I have not had to pay on the last occasion on 23/08/2016 I received a parking ticket,having seen no information on change of parking regulations I did not feel the need to go to the machine I think is totally out of order the car parking should be operated the same as Frimley and the Royal Berks operate their parking, where Blue Badge holders are able to have their parking tickets validated by security or the reception desks
