"My Experience of Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy"

Yesterday, I underwent an emergency Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy. This procedure was undertaken by a Dr. I was seen on time at 9am. I was in some trepidation but was relieved by the Dr's advice and comments. Their actions, professionalism and demeanour were exceptional, as was the treatment and support of the nurses. The procedures are uncomfortable, worrying and potentially humiliating. I should not have worried. Yes, there was discomfort but I would never worry having this again. I was treated with respect and comfort throughout. It as an exceptional experience of clinical care. I was educated at RMA Sandhurst, and I feel able to say that the the hospital, the Dr, the nurses, and staff should be proud of their work. With the greatest respect, thank you. Don
