I waited for ages not happy and I felt that the staff were not helpful.

I think that I'm better off going out of Bradford.

I am really sorry you've had a long wait. We are in the process of moving our Sexual Health Centre to a new location in Bradford. This is happening this week and has meant some disruption to our services. I am really sorry that this has affected you.

I do hope you will visit us in our new location at Howard House on Bank Street - the facilities are excellent.

Once again I am sorry you have had a difficult experience.

I don't think I'll be using your service again

Ever since you moved from Trinity Road I think that things have got worse.

If your moving locations I don't think that's a good enough reason as to why such long waits. Surely the patient would come first.
