What I liked

all the team in AICU are very dedicated to all their patients, no matter what is wrong with them, they never give up on you, they are a team and work so very hard not only with the patients but the families as well always updating you almost every day about your loved one in hospital this means so much to us waiting in that waiting room for news, i have never met so many dedicated doctors nursing and admin yes admin staff that work so hard, these people are the very best and i would like to thank them all for what they did for my son if it wasnt for their dedication my son would have died and that i will always be very grateful to all at brompton royal hospital

What could be improved

only a small thing and that is when a family member has to be flown to london and the family have to stay in london as we did for 7 weeks it should be free we in the UK have to pay to stay in the nurses quarters yet the people from abroad get it free this is wrong and put a very stresfull time on us and a lot of worry and debt the NHS need to sort that oout
