About: East Surrey Hospital

A and E is very out of date at East Surrey Hospital Redhill.. I have ben taking my relatives there for over 20 years. It was rubbish then and has not improved with all the recent enlargement of its housing catchment area. A recent visit with a relative at 0430 in the morning which a busy A and E doctors found time to take nurses away from patients they were treating, remove id passes and shoes and pose on A and E beds for mock patient photos. I verbally ejected them and got staff that were meant to be looking after the needy patients back to their duties.this

A and E department seems to always prioritize drunks and druggies over the need for others especially the elderly with breaks and other medical injuries. From my military days we were told drink and drug problems are considered to be self inflicted wounds. ESH needs a hell of a shake with a local population explosion.. A new large proper

If you need things to be sorted you are told to go to the PALS office. They have given me the run a round for over 3 months when they are meant to reply to you in 25 day.. I think a surprise
