What I liked
My treatment at the RLHH in March 2010 was excellent. Through consultation they listened carefully to my concerns about my health and then made thoughtful and insightful responses and prescribed relevant remedies. The treatment which the nurse gave me was also admistered with skill and compliments the consultation with the doctor which has contributed to restoring my health. Homeopathy works for me and my health is much improved in many ways and concequently I have less time off work.
The receptionist is skilled at their job and is friendly.
The hospital is cared for, it is clean, well kempt and I feel confidence in the environment being a healthy one.
My decision to go to the RLHH is one of the very important choices that, I as a patient, have made that has made a significant improvement to my health.
What could be improved
The wait at pharmacy is sometimes quite long but no longer than at other hospitals. It is possible to take prescriptions to them before having treatment from the nurses so that the wait time is reduced and often the remedies are then ready.
