"Been with the clinic three months now."

I have come back to this site to write a review because I Googled this clinic when I found out where I was to be treated and all the negative reviews scared me!

I have to say they are brilliant. I was diagnosed in June with rheumatoid arthritis, and throughout my diagnosis and treatment so far the staff have been excellent. At a time when I was scared, in a LOT of pain and could barely walk, they were patient, caring and friendly. My consultant listened to me carefully, and confidently provided the hope that I so desperately needed. At my first appointment, I had trouble moving around and therefore everything was slow to reduce the pain I felt. The nurses never made me feel rushed or that I was wasting their time. They did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and make everything from taking my blood pressure to helping me sit down as pain free as they could. I do not like needles, and can get nervous when giving blood, but now I go for my fortnightly blood tests without any fear! They put you at ease and are very skilled. All the staff are experienced at dealing with patients with decreased mobility and especially joint pain, so they know their stuff! Everyone (and I have met most of the staff by now!) from the receptionists to the Consultants are friendly and there to help. Keep up the good work, you are making a lot of people's lives easier!
