"Finding your way"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Whoever designed this hospital layout has no common sense. The maps make no mention of levels (or that Main Street stops on level 2 but continues downstairs) you would also think a map of the hospital would be sent out with the appointment so you can find where to go (and the best place to park) especially for people who have limited mobility.

I am sorry that you struggled with finding your way around the hospital.

There are maps at strategic points around the corridors and you may find it useful to review the maps of the hospitals (in this case the Kent and Canterbury) by visiting our website http://www.ekhuft.nhs.uk/patients-and-visitors/kent-and-canterbury-hospital/ and then clicking on 'finding your way' which will bring you to a comprehensive plan of the hospital.

Alternatively please don't hesitate to stop any member of staff (who will be wearing a lanyard with identification if they are not uniformed) and they will be more than happy to help.
