"Total incompetance"

I had an appointment today which has been cancelled at extremely short notice.

I was left a voicemail directing me to ring a number that I rang.

I was on hold for 15 minutes, someone answered briefly, only to put me through to be on hold again when my call was ended without ever speaking to anyone.

This is beyond incompetence.

How on earth am I supposed to rearrange my urgent appointment - I am furious.
