"Excellent care"

Great care from staff at nddh from A & E at the start through to theatre and the orthopaedic team. My child fractured her elbow and from the start, all staff spoke to her first rather than me. Explained what was going on at all stages and involved her in her care.

Yes we waited a long time in A & E but we understand that. Fracture clinic was madness and mayhem but all staff from receptionist to surgeon (especially the staff in red) were courteous, caring, funny and made what was a traumatic event a little bit easier. As my daughter said 'that wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be' .
