"Entered on the consultant service for posterior..."

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Gynaecology

Elective patient ,from pre option assessment through to discharge on 25.August 2016,All care was of a caring professional nature.Full information was shared,l was encouraged to exercise both movement and personal care, with the professed proviso to ask for aid at any stage,l found the gentle care, reassurance and encouragement most refreshing and good.Hospital food nourishing and of good quality. I now mention with particular thanks some of the staff,The admitting staff,Recovery staff, and those who had care of me on Edward 2, the day staff nurse.

The night nurse so very kind nothing too much trouble.

All first class though very busy always reassuring and kind.

I must mention the consultant and their lovely registrar, thank you so very much,l shall continue to recover at home ,be good and do no heavy lifting !

Well done all. Mrs Penelope Smith.

Mrs Smith – thank you for taking the time to write and share details of your experience in our care. I have shared your kind words our team on Edward 2 and will try to make sure it is seen by as many of the others you mention as I can. We all thank you and wish you the best for your continued recovery at home.

Enjoy your weekend

Matron, Elective Orthopaedics
