i would like to congratulate the department on how efficiently and quickly they dealt with my 10 year old son who couldnt move his hand due to a fall off his scooter we were seen quickly updated on what the plan was in regards to his care even though the department was very busy the staff were kind and caring my son doesnt like hospitals and this made his experience a much better one
