I came in with symptom's of internal bleeding due to liver cirrhosis, A&E was packed and most of my painful time was spent there, but I totally understand the pressure/load on staff to see all these patients, so yes a long wait but they did get to me.
After that I was admitted and the whole experience was pleasant as can be for a hospital, I was taken good care of during my endoscopy and banding procedure, I always felt I was in safe hands no matter what, all Dr's spend good time in explaining and answering all my questions, The Gastro team were amazing for me, from the Dr's to the nurses and night staff, I have always feel do such fantastic work, discharge was quick and on time. Nobody likes hospitals but my experience was all good of staff Care, even made a few friends in the wards!
I would like to take this opportunity to say a big Thank you to the hospital for all the care they provide,
And especially the gastro dept too.
"You know your in safe hands"
