I visited A&E with a knee problem. I expected a wait of at least 4hours. I was actually seen by the triage nurse, X-rayed and seen by the nurse practitioner, all in less than 2 hours. Everyone seemed to be working very efficiently and were kind and helpful.First class treatment - well done Harlow
