We came for egg retrieval today and I can't complement the staff enough . All the ladies were treated with dignity and respect from the beginning. Staff took time to explain everthing step by and step. As an individual I felt all my needs were met even though it was a very busy morning. Thank you, my anxiety and nerves were eased by the lovely staff .
